Great service at Capitec Bank, Robertson Quarter

We would like to commend Capitec Bank Robertson Quarter on their ourstanding service delivery.

We were met by Curtley at the customer service counter. He was welcoming and friendly from the moment we stepped into the bank. Once he understood our needs, he went on to escort us to his desk.

Curtley assisted us with great patience. We felt so respected as he actively listened, smiled , and made us feel at home.

He has a quiet confidence and enthusiasm for his work. He displayed such pride in working for Capitec that we are considering some of their other banking options.

We have never been treated with such professional kindness , courtesy and patience as Curtley displayed.

We do feel Capitec should consider having a customer survey to commend their staff on service delivery.
