Great Service and feedback on Unauthorised Debit Order complaint
Impressive response from Tando Mfengwana on my complaints about unauthorised debit orders on HelloPeter and phone call to the complaints department. Tando was professional, calm and efficient. She changed my view of Capitec on resolving queries and taking customer wellbeing seriously. Well done!!!
