Good Afternoon.

My name is Tebogo Kim Mathebula and I am writing with contentment.

Today on the 2nd January 2021, I visited one of your branches in Tembisa Plaza and ohh my God I have never in my whole entire like been given such a great service by your consultant namely Thapelo Nkgabe. He gave me the most beautiful service that one never gets from the consultants at any other bank.

He is knowledgeable with the products he is selling to his customers and he knows and loves what he does.

I would personally recommend that if you have some sort of managerial training couses available, you should send him there and i promise you if he ever gets to be a branch manager you won't be disappointed.

I hope that this review gets to him and that some kind of incentives are given to him.
