I was pleasantly surprised, Capitec you need to acknowledge Justin Isaacs, I was ready to move all our accounts away from Capitec due to service I had received, telephonically and at the branch. but this man went out of his way to assist. thus we will be remaining with Capitec, he should be training other staff on how to treat customers. Also I have to commend Bongani from Carnival Mall branch, I have never been helped so efficiently at Capitec before. you were helpful and friendly. keep it up guys, you are true ambassadors for Capitec
