Great Service

Thanks for the prompt service I was offered by the Capitec Bank staff, not only did they help me with my queries in record time but lady who went the extra mile to make sure that I had the Capitec app up and going in my handset by the time I left was just exceptional. She went to an extent of going out of the branch with me to find network so we could connect the app since there was non inside. I gathered there that it must be something the entire branch does daily to make sure they meetings their customers satisfaction. Thank you guys and keep up the good work, and say thank you to some other bank I had just come from to close my account which took them 3 hours to simply close it :(. Regards Happy Capitec customer.
