Great Service

Dear Capitec Management,<br> <br> I would like to inform you of the exceptional service I received at Capitec Greenstone Mall this evening.<br> <br> I needed to get 3 months bank statements and sort out the Capitec app on my iPhone. I was assisted by one of your employees at counter 4 (for the life of me, I cant remember his name right now).<br> Not only did he have a great attitude and make me feel welcome, but he assisted me with my bank statements and then assisted me with downloading the new app on my phone, and even went so far as to show me exactly how it works. At no point during my visit to the bank did I feel rushed, or that I was being made out to be ********.
