Great In Branch Customer Service.

Today I saw a stark comparison between Standard Bank and Capitec at Canal Walk. I went to do some banking at Standard Bank branch for the first time, walked in and there was a long queue no one came to greet me to find out what I needed help with so I wasn't sure if I was in the correct queue or where I should go. I got annoyed and left because I didn't want to stand around having my time wasted. I then went downstairs to get a new card at Capitec, walked into the branch and immediately got greeted and asked what assistance I needed. It was such a pleasure. Within 10 minutes I had been helped by a very knowledgeable consultant named Adam, and was on my way with a new card. Thank you Capitec for your simplicity and great in Branch customer service.
