Great Financial Information sharing

I would just like to compliment Capitec Bank with the way they train their staff especially around customer service. I was assisted by a gentleman called Sifiso Kgoadi regarding an arrangement I wanted to make with the bank. He conducted everything procedurally. What surprised me was the extra length of advise or should I say information sharing since he is not a Financial Advisor. He informed me of things I always wanted to hear and always wonder how it works, which I think should we as consumers have this knowledge in hand we would be able to make sound financial decisions, not only about debts but also about keeping our credit record healthy. I am one of those who always wanted to know how the credit system works and today this gentlemen has taught me something. Well Done!!! Sifiso Kgoadi, You're a star
