Great Dissapointment in Capitec Bank

Good day, I am really sorry that matters had to come to this point me writing a review of Capitec.Few months ago (March2023) my account was place on hold due to a report of *****elent activity which my name was cleared and I was found innocent in the matter However until this very day my capitec account has been stopped after it has been said that the matter is resolved etc.I dont have excess to funds paid in my account and no help I have been told today I must contact ***** on my expense where I was down this road for months since this incident happend even back and fro to the branch no help .Ive been told they will get back to me doesnt happen.What am I to do.On my expense make calls, on my expense visit branches and for what no solution .So what am I to do to get Capitec's attention to help me in gaining excess to my account.
