Great customer service at Capitec

After an unpleasant experience and bad service from a capitec branch in the avenues Springs , I went to the branch at Springs Mall. Here I was welcomed by friendly, professional staff, who were determined to resolve the previous issues that I had encountered at their other branch. I would highly recomgreatmend the Springs mall branch and in particular two special staff members namely Thabo (manager) and Martha who went out of their way to ensure that my account was opened quickly and efficiently . I was treated with respect and friendliness and left as a very satisfied. Client. This is customer service at iits best!
