Great customer service

Yesterday I was at the Capitec bank in Westgate and I was helped by a guy called Mohale. He has a passion for his job and makes you feel so special! There were delays in the bank due to technical issues and he started by apologizing for that and explained what was the cause of the delay even before I asked. I’m soo happy with the service I got.
