Great customer service

I went in to quickly get a statement. Took my ticket and waited while there were quite a few people waiting as well. Something was wrong with my ticket number and it didn't get called. Before even going to anyone to assist the manager(I'm assuming) came to me and asked what I needed etc en quickly helped me, she also got someone to look at the ticket machine. In this day and age such friendly and efficient service rarely happens! I was super impressed! Unfortunately I didn't take her name, but someone needs to give her a bells!
