Great Customer Service
I wrote a complaint on 16 Aug regarding my bank charges. I got a call last evening and a very nice consultant explained everything to me.
I really liked the fact that he did his homework and investigation regarding my issues, and he was well informed.
Big Ups to Capitec for taking a very good care or their customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
