Great customer satisfaction
Capitec bank in phumulani, great customer service, that bank is in the most busiest mall in Tembisa if not east rand, but the way they work is just great, I love the fact that I don't wait for more than 30 minutes to be assisted, they always make sure that each client is assisted and goes out with their queries , I will definitely not stop banking with them, let's #supportlocal business and understand the pressure they have in order for them to provide with excellent customer service.
