Great Customer Care

A few minutes ago I received a call from Capitec's ***** Department to tell me that someone tried to access my account with some very suspicious information. They asked my if I have authorized such a deal. When I told them I knew nothing about the matter, they told me they would cancel the request and mark it as very suspicious in the event that the same people try the same thing with another account. Thank you Capitec for being so diligent and watchful. I really appreciate it.
