Great complaints resolution

I had a complaint against Capitec which was handled by Nazley Powell in their complaints department. I really appreciated her calling for updates and sending follow up emails. She also resolved my issue timeously and ensured I have my paid up letter. I do wish other consultants could learn from her professionalism , that way as clients we would never have to complain as we would be getting great service!
