Great awesome service!!

Last Wednesday I went to the Menlyn branch to see if I will quality for a loan and what the interest will be etc. I qualified but told the consultant who helped me (Gugley) that she can stop the process I will be back in a day or two should I want to get the loan. That day already she was very friendly, helpful and just nice in general.<br> <br> The Friday I was back and as I walked into the store Gugley recognized me and told me to wait she will assist me as soon as she is done with her current client. It was not long and she came and called me, remembering almost all of my details. Again I was astonished by how helpful, friendly, talkative and just great she was. She had a great attitude! She really did her best in everything. She also helped me with my mobile app that was being weird and also sorted out a issue I have been struggling with for a year now with the SecureCode on my card.<br> <br> The floor manager (he had to do some checks on the loan) Corne was also very nice, friendly and talkative, even talking to me about beards haha. There was another lady that was also very helpful and friendly, I can't remember her name unfortunately. Overall just very impressed. Give them a raise! Thanks!!
