Great attitude and Excellent Service

Capitec Bank Service at the Carlswald branch really impressed me this week. I went in dated the 4th April and was discouraged by a long queue. Had to wait because I was desperate for service. The service that I received from Thabo Kondile was worth the wait. His great attitude and excellent service impressed me . He was knowledgeable about services the bank offered and went an extra mile to provide services that I did not even come in for. He is indeed an asset to this bank. The bank gained a client, not just a client but a happy client. His respect and pride for the brand impressed me. <br> Well done Thabo and I hope other clients receives the best that you gave me.
