Great and Awesome Customer Care/ Support

I'm really surprised the effort Capitec Bank has been putting in to call me and assist me on my issues with the bank. Wendy just gave me a call to inquire how to assist me further and to asdure me that the matters at hand has been addressed. To this I can really say that Capitec Bank went over and above the norm to address my concerns and resolve the problems. Thank you Wendy and Mpho for all the effort and awesome customer service/ support. I really do appreciate it.
