Got ****med by Capitec Bank.

I got a call from capitec Bank the lady said she is Lynette and her employee number is Ca*** the lady ****med my money R9584,75 from my account pretending to help me to stop the debit orders that deduct without my concern.capitec assistants they are ******** and we can't let our money fade away just like that and from the banks that we think we trust . Capitec will have to make a plan for this matter .I want my money back who can we trust now if we get ****med by your staff.
