Got ****med and never got my money back from Capitec

30/08/2025 The was transactions that i did to a person that was acting as a landlord for a renting flat

I reported a few hours after that opened a case with the bank and with SAPS

I was sent a text instructing me to do documents on my side i did

Sent every relevant document to them but i never received my R3000 that i was ****med on nothing

Why can’t we get help on getting our money back as the companys have insurances for things like this but we have to just act like everything is ok .

We need to have a better and stronger security system and insurances for our money
