I'm Capitec customer for more than 20yrs. But Capitec Bank klipfontein has made me feel greate. I'm using crutches as old person to walk is a stress. But the Capitec Bank klipfontein is not a issue. Staff help customers from their cars with wheel chair. Even in the bank you get immediate help and you are wheel back to your car. It is not a stress to go to the bank even if you can't walk. They assist you from car to bank and back to your car. If other business can have this services it was going to be great.
