Good Service, Pleasant Experience
Upon switching to Capitec (and leaving the useless bank I was at) I was pleasantly surprised, not only by the friendly attitude of Capitec but at how efficient they compared to other banks I have used before. My new account was opened and up and running quickly, everything just works, no hassles, no problems. It is the first time I have actually been happy with a bank's service.
