Good service from Ntombi at Capitec bank. Mall of the South

2 months ago I lost my ID. Went to police station for an affidavit, I didn't get help. Tried to apply for one online, it was a hassle. The other day I was passing by Capitec bank at Mall of the South, this lady is busy waving at me, calling me. Then I went to her, she told me that I left my ID at the bank. I was so emotional, I would like to take this opportunity and thank her, for knowing and acknowledging her clients
