GOOD SERVICE COMMENDED

My wife is a customer at Capitec and she couldn't use her banking card to either withdraw or swipe and we went to the branch and were assisted by the Branch Manager himself. He discovered that the card's chip was damaged which is why she was unable to use the card. Usually you would pay for a replacement card and if we had been helped by someone else I suspect that's what would have happened but the Branch manager went an extra mile to call either the call centre or head office to arrange that my wife could get a replacement card without paying for it. It may seem like something small but he went an extra mile and for that he deserves a Bells.
