Good service at Bedford Centre

I went to the Bedford Centre branch for help with a replacement card that was issued to me with the chip not working. After visiting 2 other branches with no successful resolution, a consultant in Bedford was able to assist in less than 2 minutes. The branch manager Sumayah was also very friendly and helpful. This was a very pleasant and professional experience, far better than the other branches I had visited. Thank you.
