Good service

On Saturday i went to this branch at 08H00 to settle my account, she offered me a great service starting with fixing their scanner cause it was not connected and then she explained what she want from me for her to assist me and i went to get my papers but there was a problem and she took my details she promised to make a follow up and she will get back to me, Wow on Monday she called to let me know that my account it is fine i can and settle it . What an Extra mile she took it is scares in the banks they make follow ups.
