GOOD SERVICE

I would like to comment on the service at Capitec Bank in Northgate on Saturday 16/1/2021. I have forgotten the gentlemans name but he was on teller no 2. I came in there in quite a state as I had been ****med and also just had a Covid test, so you can imagine I was in a bit of a state. This gentleman, firstly remembered me from their Bellair Branch, then proceeded to phone the Capitec ***** line and explain to them what had happened. He took his time in explaining everything to me with such kindness and consideration. I apologise Sir I know you gave me your name. I would like to commend you on your service and wish you everything of the best. We need more people like you !!!!
