Good people still exist

About a year ago, I went to a Capitect branch in Park Meadows to open a fixed savings account for a car I wanted to buy. I was attended by one of the bank staff members by the name of Mbali Zwane, needless to say she was very charming and eager to help me sith selecting the best package for my needs. She set with me for about an hour explaining what each package offers and helping me select the most suitable one for me. A year after that I returned to the same branch and I was so fortunate to have the same person attending to me. This time around I was back for a loan application to top up my savings and go get the car of my dreams. I did not qualify to get the amount I wanted, but Mbali went the extra mile of trying to help me get that loan. Eventually after having tried all she could, I still did not qualify for the amount I would've liked to get. But Mbali Zwane was too awesome and I think people like her deserve the recognition.
