Don't really know what's good about this day.

I have been calling capitec since yesterday and again today been put through from Pilar to post

I made an arrangement with capitec in January of 2000 and now I was told that arrangement was only for a month and I wasn't told.

Currently I'm not working and got money capitec took all of it took R3987. 14 double and now I can't pay school fees nor take my kids to school cause that. Last month I paid what I could afford which was 300 I was then told I need again to make arrangements every month whereas no one told me about this.

I then called my bank which is fnb to reverse they told me I should call capitec to reverse that money please.

My kids have no food and won't be going to school if I don't get that money back cause nothing is paid.

I received an offer that I am starting a new job 1st of April and I'll only make commission from May the I can go back to the full installment.

May I ask that the refund be refunded please to my capitec savings account ***
