Good day again I have made a payment with my son's Capitec account whose 17 years to pay a certain account by the name Atlas mistakenly use my Atlas refence number as bank account number after few days I was called by atlas wholesales that they have not received the money I went to capitec branch to make a follow up and I was given 15 working days to investigate the issue It took them more than a month to come back to me, wen I go ther they told me the money went to someone's account which they said they are not allowed to tell me who he/she recieved the money they i advised to go and open the case with the police n I was told at the police station the bank should have told me the name of the person since there's no name the they can not help me unless capitec works together wit standard bank where the money was supposed to be sent to and standard bank confirmed they didn't recieve that money and they don't have such account
