Good customer service

Wow, wow, wow, Capitec Bank, thank you so much for taking my enquiry and put me first as our client. I was in tears on Sunday night and Monday morning. However after i spoke to customer complains, the consultant who dealt with my enquiry was Verinik (not sure if i spelt it correctly). She was very calm, listening to my enquiry when i was in tears, guided me with everything. She made a promise that she will resolve my enquiry and she did. I also would like to thank Meesha Vanmari for following to see if my complain has been resolved.
