Good customer service

I would like to give credit to a lady, Livhwani Maphalaphaptha, who works in Capitec Bank, Wonderpark mall.<br> I went to open an account and she gave a clear understanding on how Capitec's banking operates. She then referred me to my now previous bank to get a bank statement and then outlined on their crazy banking charges. Thank u to her and may you please pass the message that she must keep up the good work. Great customer service is scarce these days. <br> I hope Capitec Bank will be a great bank for me.<br> <br> Thank you
