I would like show my gratitude on the service received from Capitec - The Glen Mall on the 29/01/2018. Consultant (Franklin)went an extra mile even though it was already close to closing time, he was so willing to assist up to the last minute. We need more of such consultants in the banking industry. Big ups to good service & to this gentleman at The Glen Mall (Jhb), including the branch manager who instills such service.
