Good customer Service

In life we should always give credit where its due,.I had a ***** case logged with Capitec last year December and they told me to wait 30 days n see if i receive the goods. At the time i was so frustrated and thought Capitec does not care about their customers. In January i followed up on a case again as i have lost money, i was told to open a new ***** case, i almost lost my patience, but i chose to stay calm. Capitec assured me they were investigating and would get back to me in 48 hours. Today am happy to say i have received all my money back as Capitec promised. Thank you Capitec for your great service. I truly appreciate it 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
