GOOD CONSULTANT - BAD BANK

I would like to compliment Siba at Capitec Lyttleton Branch. I have the same problem as various other clients. Had a loan with Capitec for six months. I paid up my loan and now all of a sudden I do not meet the criteria to apply for another loan. Siba the consultant went out of her way in assisting me. Sent emails to the credit department phoned the credit department tried everything she could but up until today not even Siba the consultant got feedbanck from Capitec wrt to the fact why all of a sudden I don't meet the criteria. I must say the service I got from her was excellent. Well done Siba. The sad part is that until today no feedback was given to the branch to assist me...very bad Capitec
