Good bank

I had a bad experience in December when my account was blocked. I couldn't access my account until I wrote a review here on hello Peter. Capitec contacted me and let me know that my account was blocked due to ********** transactions even though I wasn't aware of that and to make matters worse I had my personal salary paid into that account and I couldn't access it. Long story short Capitec helped me to access the funds in my account but I'm sad I can't use that account anymore as the bank decided to block it. Overall Capitec is a fantastic bank with exceptional customer service and I'm quite sad I won't be able to bank with them in the future.
