Going and extra mile and willingness to help

i would like to compliment Busi Fakude for a good service that she provided as a consultant , she gave good service and provided me relevant information that will be helpfull , i needed more information on products and services and her attitude and willingness to help showed that she is willing to go an extra mile to assist customers and make them feel important, compared to other consultants and managers as a customer that is the type of a person that i would like to work with and do business with and she deserves better than being a consultant because people like that do actually make a difference .
