Give my money

So I had a *****ulent case where my money was taken out of my account, a agent called me over festive period after I put them on here to say they will investigate, well I received an email on the 2nd of January 2025 to say my case has been assigned to an agent, only to get a call the very next day to say they can not refund my money as it was a valid transaction that I did not authorize or received a notification nor OTP. this is the worse bank literally to top it all of I had to pay R70 for a new card after I had to stop my card oh wow
