Give back my money

<p>i recently withdrew money from an Absa ATM with my capitec card. The money came out of my account but not the ATM. I called capitec and they said it takes 30 days. And that I'm not allowed to talk to the person dealing with my case. I can't pay for my rent because capitec refuses to keep me posted. I then called absa and they said they need capitec to contact them. 30 days is too long to get my money back especially since I have my rent to pay which they refuse to understand. All I want to know is how far my query is and when ill get my money back</p>
