getting threatening calls on a capitec number

I received a call on from this number *** on the 01\12\2023 time :13:54 and on true caller its registered as Mercantile Bank Capitec , the person the other line had my name and surname and claimed to be calling from Platinum life advising I was nominated by a Phumi to get a perfume and lotion , and then suddenly the lady on the line started threatening me then I hung up, I called the complaints department was advised there was no outgoing call on my cell no, I would like that call to be traced as I believe as a big organization your employees cant be making personal calls to people under false pretense and threatening people with company resources. Can I please have feedback on this matter .
