Getting paid for not doing your job

I owed Capitec for two loans I took do to my circumstances I was unable to make the instalment when the time was right I started paying 1000 a month Capitec changed over their attorney handlers from Flemix and associates to Hammond and pole due to the fact that Flemix was ******* I contact an agent at Capitec last year June with all the necessary proof that they took too much money from me and till today I have not received a response I got proof of mails I sent to Mark Bruwer and yet the attorneys are still harassing me so my question is our country is in such stressful times right now financially can companies really afford to employ people who gets paid for siting and doing nothing ???<br> oh and to top it all off I called on Thursday 31.03.2016 the agent said that she has left a message for Mark and Mark said he will get back to me Friday afternoon till now no response I think Capitec needs to relaly look at the HR system as HR employs people like Mark Bruwer
