Getting a credit card is impossible

I have lots of problems getting through the credit card process. I want to apply for a credit card. I have submitted 6 requests. Every time capitec calls their phone lines cut out and then it is not followed up again.

I am self employed and even with this it does not seem Capitec have this option since I do not receive a salary, and they don't know how to help me.

This is so frustrating. I am giving it one more day, then I am cancelling my Capitec products and doing it through Investec.
