Gave me a bad credit record

This bank has really only helped me obtain a bad credit record deu to their outdated digital system I'm not behind with any of my debt up to date to this day but capitec app still showing mandates thanks to that the stupid app declines any application I put in example for any credit/loans and anywhere else my credit score reflects bad thanks to capitec not updating my profile ...... Then I went to the branch to question this situation did not last long after the first uneducated employee tried to convince me that I'm a bad payer without even loging in to my profile....
