Gatvol vir Capitec

So after my last Hello Peter review Capitec called me, the ref number is ***4 - we explained the lady assured us she will sort it out (put the loan deduction from weekly to monthly) and once again they deducted our money wrongly .. once AGAIN it can not be reversed, and ONCE AGAIN every one at head office DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB!
