Garbage Banking Security

I've been a loyal capitec customer for for more that 10 years but their recent treatment to my address was disgusting!!! I sent money to a person only to find that the number is shared, when I went to Bosman & Church capitec to explain I was told to go to court to get a letter of demand to which I went, the next day when I went again they told me I am the one who is supposed to go look for the owner of the account so he/she can give them permission to reverse the account! what nonsense is that, how do you go around the world looking for a person that you don't know while the bank has all the detailsand can easily reverse the money! I was told the person won't be able to get the money and his account was about to be deactivated, what I want to know is if that's the case why can't they just reverse it, what kind of banking institution treats their business like garbage! you go around preaching about your service but your by far the worst financial institution I've dealt with in life. I would like my money bank so I can start using Tyme Bank, I won't be dealing with such nonsense with my hard earned cash.
