Gangsteristic Capitec Bank

It's easy to get money in however it's so flippin hard to get it out. I went to the branch to request a refund from a debit order that was stopped by debt review on my loan with Capitec on the 30th May 2025 and the consultant could not help me, I then called the loans department number and sent the refund request email on the very same day. Guess what? Today is the 5th of June 2025 and I still haven't been refunded my money, I called the loan department number from 2nd June 2025 till today (05 June 2025) and I still can't get an answer as to when I will be refunded. As soon as all is done I'm leaving this gangster bank and I will make sure that none in my family ever uses this gangsteristic so called bank.
