Fustrated Refund Client

Hello Peter,

I call CAPITEC Bank asking them to release my refund, I must say I got a very bad service from Ayanda and a couple of call centre agents as well who doesn’t seem to have had a proper training on how to assist clients urgently. They keep on hanging up and to some extent, Ayanda Lusizi requested a proof of email that I have been refunded, I send him the proof he comes back and say it’s not sufficient enough he needs a letter whereas already booking.com has provided me with the confirmation email. I explain to him that booking.com can’t assist they only sent an email to confirm but he still remained clueless on what to do and ended up hanging up on me.

I must say I’m very disappointed with the service I received from CAPITEC this time around, very bad service however Sipho at the end was able to assist. We need more agents like Sipho in the business world.
