Furious Customer

There has been a debit order going out of my account every month with reference: SS- MEDICNO, went to Capitec branch to reverse & stop it but they were unable to help...they told me that I need to contact the company and stop it with them...how am I suppose to to even know what company is it coz i never agreed to it. Worse part is that many of Capitec customers hace been complaining abt this SS Medicno/ Legal but Capitec isn't dping anything to assist us. At this point I'm thinking maybe Capitec is working with this company to **** us as their customer. Now tell me how am I suppose to trust such bank who can't even protect us or assist us? It's been a 2nd month now this debit order is going out and I'm unable to do jerk abt it coz I can't even stop it
