I had 1month arrears i paid on the 27 November and it was updated and on the 25 they debited november premium today am still behind by one month which this morning the debited premium for December so its system errors as i was told its reflecting december is behind yet i debited today you better sort this mess and do.not dare take my money december the company is becoming a **** everyday they can not even explain
